What is the Xero Health Check?
A free PDF checklist you can download and work through yourself. It walks you through the bookkeeping errors we find most often, and the simple fixes for them. Separately, a health check and diagnostic of your real file is the first thing we do inside Xero to Hero: our team reviews your actual setup and gives you a written plan of what to fix and in what order.
Do you only work in Xero?
Yes. We are a Xero Platinum Partner and we work exclusively in Xero, which is how we stay genuinely expert. If you are on MYOB, QuickBooks or spreadsheets, we handle the conversion for you.
Which industries do you specialise in?

How much does Xero training cost?
Every training package has its price on its own page, including GST, so you can see the figure before you book anything. Package pages are linked from the training page, and a free 30-minute Initial Discovery Session comes first if you would rather talk it through.
Why pay for training when Xero offers it free?
Xero's own courses teach you the software on a demo company. We teach you on your own file, with your own chart of accounts, your suppliers and your reports, and we stay reachable when a question comes up in week six. If a free course fits what you need, use it. Paid training earns its place when the problem is your file rather than your knowledge of the buttons.
